Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to participate in the KSELL Market Affiliate Program, except for employees or immediate family members of KSELL Market.

  2. Commissions: Affiliates will earn a commission of 10% on the sale price of all qualifying products sold through their unique affiliate link. Commissions will be paid out monthly via PayPal, Venmo.

  3. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any activity that violates the law, the rights of KSELL Market or any third party, or the terms of this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, misrepresenting KSELL Market or our products, and using unethical or misleading marketing tactics.

  4. Intellectual Property: Affiliates may use KSELL Market's logos, product images, and other promotional materials only as provided by KSELL Market. Affiliates may not modify or use any KSELL Market trademarks or copyrighted materials without prior written consent.

  5. Termination: KSELL Market reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Program or any affiliate's participation in the program at any time, for any reason. If an affiliate violates the terms of this agreement, their commissions may be forfeited and their participation in the program terminated immediately.

  6. Modification of Agreement: KSELL Market reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time, with or without notice to affiliates. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the agreement and staying up-to-date with any changes.
